Hebrews 1:1-4

Hebrews 1:1–4 opens by declaring that while God formerly spoke in many ways through the prophets, He has now spoken definitively through His Son, Jesus Christ, who is the heir of all things and the agent of creation. The Son perfectly reveals God’s glory and nature, sustains all things by His powerful word, and has accomplished purification for sins through His redemptive work. Having completed this work, He is exalted and seated at the right hand of God, demonstrating His superiority over all, including the angels.
