Hebrews 3:1-6
May 10, 2026 • Daniel Hancock
Hebrews 3:1–6 calls believers to fix their attention on Jesus, the apostle and High Priest of their confession. The passage compares Jesus to Moses, showing that while Moses was faithful as a servant in God’s house, Christ is greater because He is the Son over God’s house. Believers are described as God’s house if they hold firmly to their confidence and hope in Christ. Key themes include faithfulness, perseverance, Christ’s superiority to Moses, and the identity of God’s people as His house.
